Mail Merge from Outlook

I am trying to sort my contacts by category in order to send mailings to only
those in one category. I am not able to sort or filter by category for mail
merge. Anyone know how. (I can find the category field in outlook, but can
not locate it in the Word filter that points to outlook for the merge)

Try this. Start in Outlook. View your contacts by category. From the menu,
select Tools | Mail Merge... On the mail merge dialog, select the "Only
Selected Contacts" option.
