sorry guys but i have another problem its the NTOSKRNL.ex

everything was working great and i rebooted after installing power iso and it
came up with this error: ntoskrnl.exe file missing or corrupt.
I have read other posts about this problem but when i insert my xp disc into
the laptop it boots up but not to the main installation screen where i can
choose to repair the drive.
so i cannot choose repair is there any other way to solve this??
please help

I have no idea what other problems you have had as you don't say but with
regards this one. What kind of disc do you have, is it a retail or recovery
and what OS are you using ?

What does it boot to? It's hard to see from here.
