I've always had a similar problem with my K790i. Sometimes disconnecting and
reconnecting it helps. Sometimes reinstalling the drivers helps. For the
most part however I've pretty much given up trying to use the phone on USB
and move files etc between it and the computer with Bluetooth.

i had the same rpoblem with my k800i its just that you havent installed
the driver yet thats it.
