Sony Synchronising With Outlook

Hi,
I have been using Sony software to synch my phone with Outlook. All used to
work fine but just recently the synch failed so I tried an uninstall and
reinstall. Unfortunately the synch program fails during installation with
the following error:
"internal error 2753 setdbgout.exe"
Can anyone help please cos Sony can't. I run XP pro.

Unfortunately - it is the Sony Application that is screwed up.

You could make sure all the files are erased and all the registry entries
are removed - but you would need to really know what you were doing.
Something like CrapCleaner may help.

Thanks for the help. Ran CCleaner and a couple of others but no luck. Also
no luck from Sony surprise surprise. Do you have any other thoughts please?
