Sonmic DLA problem

Upon boot I get a balloon in the systray that a driver is blocked due to
incompatibility. After X'ing out there is a warning box that says the same,
and identifies Sonic Solutions DLA as the problem. It takes 7 sequences of
clicking them both off before the messages stop. I unchecked the Sonic
Solutions DLA entry in MSCONFIG Startup list, but on reboot it did the same
thing.

Any ideas how to stop these messages?

I had the same problem on a laptop I was working on. It turned out to be an
incompatibility with the AVG Anti-Virus. Uninstalled AVG and installed Trend
and it works perfectly.

It may just be a program incompatibility.
