Sonic Update Manager

When I start up my computer this Sonic Update Manager comes on and it wants
me to install it. When I try to install it, it won't install because it says
it needs a disk. I don't have a disk and I don't want to install it. How do
I get rid of this, some of the number associated with it are 263QN91 UM.MSL.
