Something with the Internet Explorer and the Outlook Express

Whenever I connect to the Internet and double-click
either the Internet Explorer or Outlook Express, I have
to wait about 10 minutes for the windows to come up. can
someone PLEASE help me? I'm in desperate need for the
internet explorer and the Outlook Express.
 
10 mins or is that an exaggeration? If it's just a minute
or two then that can feel like 10 minutes. If that's the
case, try disabling Automatically detect Settings in
Tools/Internet Options/Lan Settings (or anything else
that's checked in there).

Otherwise, I suggested you scan for spyware and viruses.
Install SpyBot first and scan it with that...it's free.
