Something is not Right here

Every Time I try to start certain programs such as
Windows media Player I get the following error report
Does anyone have any Idea what I should do to correct
this it has also blocked me access to a game to? Pleas
Help

Hello!
Download and install Windows media player 9.It will fix the problem
with regards/
ssg/pronetworks.org
