Someone please respond-Outlook error when opening

When trying to open MS Outlook the following message is
displayed: "Microsoft exchange address book was unable to
log onto the Exchange Server computer." How do I fix this
problem?

do you connect ot microsoft exchange server? if not, control panel, mail and
make a new profile.

if you do use exchange, speak to your admin.
