Some sites do not work

There are 2 sites in particular that i cannot get onto:
www.gojobs.gov.on.ca
www.jobs.gc.ca

Other sites work, these do not.
Can anyone help me with what settings need to be possibly
changed in the Internet options area?

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
