Some Programmes Runs in Administrator Login

The new software which I installed in my PC such as HP Scanner , Adobe
photoshop runs in administrator login only. How to make it run in user login?
 
some software when you installed ask a question if you wanted to install for
all user, you may select yes or not(that is you case) to run the program in a
limited account:
right click the icon and select run as , check "The following user", and
look for the user with administrator privileges **Not the Administrator***
drop the box and find the next administrator, and enter pasword - select ok
 
I was informed about it earlier and hence I reinstalled the progrommes but no
such question were asked. I believe it has somethinfg to do with the computer
settings as these progrmmes runs easily in other computers.
