right click the icom and select run as - now check the section "folowing
user" at the drop box select the user with administrator privileges ***Not
the Administrator*** enter the pasword and select ok....
when you install a new program and you want the program to open to a limited
account you need to select " run to everyone" or "every user" when the pop up
appear during the installation otherwise you need to do the steps above every
time you want to run the program in a limited account
