Some parts of web pages wont display

At certain websites I go to some parts wont display

Eg at this page
http://searchmobilecomputing.techtarget.com/sDefinition/0,
,sid40_gci213988,00.html
I know there is an image in the big box on the right,
labelled "Explore this area..." from viewing the page on
other machines, though I can't see this. I have the same
problem with my desktop (running XP pro) and my laptop
(running XP home)

Any help at all would be great
