IE page wont disply

i have been trying to acess my bank website from one of my pc everytime i do
it comes up as page wont display, i have accessed from my laptop and other
pc's at the same time can anyone please help me in fixing this problem.

system-windows xp home edition sp2

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.
Go to Start | Run and enter these commans (press <Enter after each one).
