some pages not loading

Hello, I have a problem with my internet not loading some
pages. Microsoft and ebay web sites do not come up on my
computer. I had it redone and it worked on his road
runner. I took it home and I hooked it up to my road
runner and it worked fine for a few days. Then it
wouldn't load some pages. I took it back to his house and
it loaded all the pages. I took it back home and it would
not load microsoft's web site. I tried unplugging the
cable modem from the power and the cable and left them
disconnected for about 5 minutes. Reconnected them and the
same problem. I borrowed one of my repairmans computers
and hooked it up to my road runner and it worked fine.
Any suggestions???

Have you tried flushing DNS?

Start > Run > [type in] ipconfig/ flushdns [note the space]
