Some pages loading blank!

Greetings.
I have been using winxp for over a year now, no problems.
just recently I noticed that when I try to go to certain web sites
get a blank page, I right click to view the source and it too only ha
the html format(body tags etc.)
the status bar says done, and when I refresh it does the same thing.
one of the site is www.tucows.com, the other is www.majorgeeks.com,
so I did a search for these sitwes, when I clink on the link, sam
thing, emptie web page.
I have treid everything, registry cleaners,virus cleaners(6 of em
spyware cleaners, also I have noticed that my windows firewall i
diabled, and when I try to enable it, I get an error that it can no
load.

I went to windows update, nothing.
I am as we speak re-installing sp2 from microsoft. if this does no
help, then I am going to install the beta of internet explorer7, see i
that helps.

I am no newbie when it comes to windows, and play a lot with softwar
and settings, this is how wwe learn, however, I am 99.9% sure this i
some sort of virus/spyware or something along those lines.

I have spent 72 hours searching for an answer, nothing.
any ideas?

Ok, so I did a forced install of sp2 from microsoft. that did nothing
for me.
here is what I get when I view the source from the pages that are not

Thats what I get for source from tucows.com homepage.
Now I tried to install the explorer7 beta2 but it won't let me. so...
NOW I am going to uninstall internet explorer and try again...
man what a pain!
