Blank Page to remove

I install Window Internet Explorer 7 after I close the web page. It pop up
another web page which is blank nothing on it. How can I get rid of this so
it won't pop up any other web pages example:click on My Picture then I close
it a blank page comes up and have to close twice in stead of one. When I use
to have Window Internet Explorer 6 [never] had this problem before. Where can
I go to look up to remove and don't gert any more blank pages coming up very
annoying keep closing very appreciate for the info HELP. ANYBODY
