blank page with popup

when I use a web site to submit information , I beleive it is using Java. I
get a blank page instead of a page asking for the info. The popup is
completely blank in the text part. In the address part of the page it just
says " about:blank-Microsoft Internet Explorer "

I am running Internet Explorer 6
I have an updated version of Java

I have already run a bunch of the DLL , any other suggestions???

If you go to the java website you can verify the installation on your PC.
