some gif pictures not dowloaded

i get some messages with links to gif instead of a picture getting
automatically dowloaded. how do i fix that?
 
Sorry my finger was a bit fast

It is because it is a security feature built into Outlook. You should be thankful for that since you can get any type of malware if it is malicious which it could be

What evidence do you have that there "must" be a way? Outlook opens
messages in the Restricted network zone. It doesn't matter that the site is
"safe" in your opinion or that you have it in your Trusted zone.
