Some emails in the Inbox are invisible

One of my colleagues has this problem. It shows 50-60 small emails in his
Inbox folder and all of them are read. Folder size - 60 MB. Also the Outlook
shows that there are a few unread emails in the Inbox. Clicking on the Unread
mails works and I can see them but this is not the problem. The problem is
that there are many mails that are invisible. Search with Google Desktop
works and finds the emails but is impossible to know what to look for for
every email.

Hope somebody may have a solution.

Is the view of the Inbox filtered? View > Current View. Messages should be
selected.
