#1. You must have a graphics (video) card which _supports_ OPENGL.
Visit the website for you graphics card to learn if supports
OPENGL.
#2. You must install OPENGL drivers for you graphics card.
IF #1. = TRUE
then download the OPENGL driver from there
and install it
ELSE
you are out of luck
ELSE
purchase a graphics card that is OPENGL
capable.

OpenGL support is purely a function of the video card drivers, and
not the OS. Contact the manufacturer of your video card to obtain the
most recent WinXP-specific drivers.
