Software Uninstall Problem

I asked this before but cannot find it posted. I have a gift ACER netbook
with limited speed/memory. I improved it to thepoint it satisfies my travel
needs by deletingunused/unneeded programs. I am unable to remove a
preinstalled Office and Student program. I get an error message "Set Up
Error"-The language of this installation is not supported by your system".
How can I remove this"trial" software?
