Software Required on New PC

I'm rebuilding a friends PC and all is done, more RAM & XP Home installed OK.
They will be running Open Office and have also put on Adobe Reader7 & Winzip.
Now for the free Anti-Virus, Firewall & Anti-Spyware, but which ones to put on.
Any views, comments or recommendations are all welcome

PS Have i missed anything?

I use Tugzip instead of winzip, I just prefer it.

You need AntiVir. (AV)

Zonealarm OR Kerio. (firewall) google them.

and that should do ya, I personally dont bother with Ad Aware anymore, i dont think its as good as iit used to be. Imo.

If you want more you could install Ewido. But Windows defender should be enough.

I do use all of the above, the only difference is i use Kerio Firewall.
