Software problem

I have software for my camera called Dimage Viewer version 2.37. It worked
for a while, but now every time I start it up it crashes. The following
message is what I get when I look in the event viewer.

This is really irritating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try going to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and uninstall the
software. Restart and then try a reinstall.

I've tried that before, but tried again. It still does the same thing.

Keith, if it's a USB connection first disconnect all the USB devices then
rt click on MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager>USB
Controllers. Rt click on each one and choose uninstall. Restart and let
WinXP
reinstall them. Reconnect the USB devices.
