software issue: missing vl14dll file

Hi, I can not install a software which i need for my work because Vista is
missing vl14.dll file. Does anybody know where i can download this file from?
The software i m running is simul8 simulation software but old edition.

You don't want to download this file. I'm pretty sure it is malware. I
suggest you visit the simul8 website and check out your problem there.
