When I install Software as a system user (including admininstator), the software will run fine

But when I log in as a domain user, I instantly get a couple of boxes popping up saying somthing about an error with the accessibility of the registry, and I can't run any of the installed 3rd Party applications.
Each time I log in with my domain user name, It resets everything, as if I have never logged in with that user before

This is the first time I have had to deal with domains, so please answer in a VERY Simple, easy to understand way
any ideas would be highly appreciated
Thx heaps
Aza.

The message i get after logging in as my domain user is
Windows did not load your roaming profile and is attempting to log you on with your local profile. changes to the profile will not be copied to the server when you logoff. etc et

So I tried created a system user with the same user name as my domain name but did it still gave the the errors when I logged back in again?

Is there somthing that needs changing in my group policies
Or is it somthing that needs to be changed on the Sambar Server?
