Software installation

I have recently installed some software (Magix Audio Cleaning Lab Deluxe 3.0) and it wont work, I presume that it is something to do with my XP, but would be grateful to hear from anyone else this has happened to or anyone who may knows how to fix it. I have contacted the retailers and am currently awaitng their response.
 
"It won't work" is not a complete statement of your problem. Does it give error
messages or "hangs" on you???? What? Be more specific and elaborate so that
someone may be of some assistance and help you solve your situation.
 
Nothing happens when i click the buttons, then the hourglass symbol appears and nothing is responsive and the programme wont shut down, not even under Ctrl alt delete.
