Magix Audio cleaner lab deluxe 3.0

My Magix audio cleaner lab deluxe 3.0 wont work, it just 'hangs' when i click on the buttons and then becomes non-responsive totally, anyone got any ideas, it works on my sons pc but not mine which is of a higher spec!
 
Run Program Compatibility Wizard.
Start/All Programs/Accessories/Program Compatibility Wizard.
