Software Installation Dates

I was wondering if their was any way to view what the
original date of installation was on software packages,
without simply looking at the date that a folder was
created on.

Why not try go into the program you want to find out
about and click Help>About and see what it says there.

B/C this is more for Outlook toolbars, Web
toolbars,...etc. Which you cannont go into.
