Software install question

if an application is installed in a remote admin mode and than Terminal
servr aplication mode was installed, would my pre installed applications stop
working for my local users? advance thanks for your answers

Depends on the application.
It will continue to work for the user who installed the application,
running it from the console. All other scenarios have to be tested.
