software digital signatures

I am creating a silent software package but the software does not have a
"valid digital signature"

Everytime I run the package, windows pops up the "Open File - Security
Warning" asking if I really want to run the package.

There is a checkbox for "Always ask before opening this file", so I know it
is controlled somewhere.

Any help with finding this control, to allow the silent software
installation, would be greatly appreciated.

I am running the software install on XP Pro SP2

Nevermind.

I extracted the msi file from the exe package and ran a silent install off
the msi.

For some reason Windows accepts the msi but not the exe.
