Digital Signature

I've created a Access 07 database, i.e., <database>.accdc [Microsoft Office
Signed Package]. When I open, it asks me to extract database - and I do to a
file as such:
<database>_CA.accdb. Next, I convert to .accde format - to remove all source.
When end-users access the database, a security warning pops up - "not
possible to determine if this content came from a trustworthy source...".

I've digitally signed the .accdc file with certificate that's installed in
"Trusted Root Certificate Authories". When I extract the file - I'm assuming
you haven't removed this. Is it possible the creating of the .accde file
removes the signature. Please advise - what I can do to have the popup
dialog - "Microsoft Access Security Notice" removed from system.

Kind regards,
David

Signing the project is only one step. See this link for more info:

Also, what type of certificate are you signing with? A self-cert is not suitable if you're going to distribute this.
