software counterfeiting

I turned my pc on and it came up with a message from windows stating that my
copy of windows may not be genuine and I may be a victim of software
counterfeiting. It gave me the option to click on a button stating genuine
or another button to do later. Is this a genuine message from windows and
wot is the best thing to do? Should I be concerned?
