So many cooking apples

We got so many cooking apples

this year I want to take advantage of them

what shall I use them for?

Something healthy please!

Apple crumble springs to mind, and it's not too unhealthy if you go easy on the crumble

Otherwise, how about doing them with pork (using some cider, onions etc...) - that makes a lovely meal

apple juice for cooking apples would be well sour!

we got 4 trees

2 cooking apple trees
2 eatable apple trees they are a type of gala/cox apples
plus one pear tree
they are eatable too
