can anyone help me my so called bf has put aprogram on my comp so he can
check everything i do and say when im not in,he can get my passwords and my

Get a new boyfriend. If there is no trust there is no relationship.

If the computer is yours take it to a competent repair shop and tell them
what you suspect. Once the keylogger is removed set up users and make sure
he is a restricted user. If the computer is his then you need to get your
own and keep him off it.

I am serious about my first suggestion. Trust is the most important aspect
of a relationship.

made up messages first.
