sndvol32.exe

I cant open my sound recorder. It prompts me to install via add/remove. But I
cant find it there. What to do? The file sndvol32.exe is also not in my
system.
How do i install it???

As a system component it will be under the Add/Remove System Components tab
of that control panel applet.
