I have a user that is running XP Pro and has Access installed on her machine.
I have tried to install Snapshot Viewer but get a message that requires an
installation CD. I don't have one but when I escape out of the error I see
that the installer is looking for PRORET.MSI. Can I get this MSI file
someplace? Is Access creating an issue? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The free Snapshot viewer is intended for the recipients of Snapshot files
that don't have Access, so
I'm not quite sure why a user that has Access installed would need/want it.

In any case, since you don't have the necessary installation disk, I'd
suggest just downloading the Snapshot viewer:

HTH,

I have Access on my machine and have downloaded the snapshot viewer. It does
work and I do not have to get the native file and open it in Access. The
report is sent out in the viewer format to lots of people.
