Snapshot Viewer

I run a multitude of reports in MS Access and convert them to the Snapshot
Viewer format for distribution a group of interested parties on a daily
basis. Most reports are in the landscape orientation.

For one of the recipients, when he prints the Snapshot Viewer format reports
it all comes out in Portrait even though when he views it, it is in Landscape.

Any ideas as to why this is happenning and what I might do to correct his
problem?

When I saw that it was because the user had his default printer driver set
up to "fit to page". With a default of portrait orientation it apparently
was taking landscape reports and forcing them to fit in portrait because of
that setting.

Thanks Rick!

Actually I did not find a "fit to page" default setting, but did see a
default print setting at "portrait". My immediate concern was if I changed
it to "landscape" would my portrait snapshot files now be forced to print in
landscape.

After making the change in the setting from portrait to landscape, I was
pleasantly surprised that it did not do so. Now the snapshot file did if
fact print in the correct orientation all the time.

Thanks again....that was a pretty easy fix.
