Snapshot Viewer Problems

Hello,

I have a problem with report snapshots being sent via e-
mail. One employee in my company has been sending
snapshots of reports to another employee via e-mail for
the last couple of weeks. When the second employee gets
the e-mails and opens the reports, the reports show up
blank, except for the header. However, when the reports
are printed by this employee, they print out fine, with
all of the information present. This still happened on
the latest attempt. On that attempt, the first employee
carbon copied the e-mail to me, and I was able to open the
report and view it just fine. Is there a way I can fix
Snapshot Viewer, or will I have to reinstall it, or even
Access entirely. I'll take any help I can get. Thanks a

I believe I had a similar problem where viewing on screen
under Win98 or WinME was truncated and printing was fine
(WinNT and Win2000 were fine viewing and printing). I did
find that if I created the report on the Win98 workstation
that it viewed perfectly on all OS.
I had previously been searching the knowledgebase and
found this entry http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;207605. I, of course, ignored it for a while
and trawled the newsgroups before it finally dawned on me
that I did actually have a jpg embedded in my report. I
changed it to a bmp (lucky for me my image was small) and
everything works perfectly creating the report from my
Win2000 workstation! Hope this helps.
