Snapshot viewer not working

I just downloaded snapshot viewer from Microsoft web site
and installed on my machine.
I have a snapshot file that I sent to myself from MS
Access. I try to open the file by double-clicking on the
icon, it prompts to insert MS Office CD-Rom. I thought I
can view snapshot file by just installing this viewer.
Can anyone help me?

Hey TT,

I too downloaded the snapshot viewing software from Microsofts website. I
had created an access database for people I work with to fill out forms and
email them in a snapshot viewer. A good portion of computers have Microsoft
Office 2000 sp1 installed on them but without the snapshot viewer.....So I
installed the viewer by itselft and when I try to view a snapshot file the
windows installer starts up! And then the office installer wants me to
insert the office cd to install the components it needs.
I have not figured out why this is and searched all through Microsofts
knowledge base and have found nothing on this issue.
If I find out I will post it. and hope you will do the same. I am under
the gun too because we deployed this new database and everyone is inputting
data into and there are alot of people who can't view the snapshots!!!
