Snapfish site problem

I recently switched my os to win 2k pro . I am now experiencing a problem on
the snapfish website. I can sign on but the site does not operate. I am
getting a message that states; CLinkManager/default/javascript/util/common.js
files are not included....also
CMultiNVPairCookie/default/javascript/core/javautil.js files are not
included. the site told me its not them but me. I do not think so. I have
reinstalled the latest Java. I tried the latest browser version. I also
rebooted win 2k, nothing seems to work. anyone have an idea as to what it
could be?
Thanks, Sean

Sean, I can obviously see that this post was from several years ago now however I am currently having the same problem (the message CMultiNVPairCookie():/default/JavaScript/util/common.js) & am wondering if you ever fixed the problem & if so how?
Thanks in advance for your help.
