SMTP AND POP 3

I am trying to set upmy windows email using a gmail address and i am totally
clueless as to what i am suppposed to put for smtp and pop3 server.. please
help

To receive your Gmail, you first need to enable POP mail on the Gmail
webpage.

Then follow the instructions for OE (same for Windows Mail)...
