I guess i'm stupid what does this mean and how do i fix it remember talk to
me like I'm ten, i'm trying to send a email from microsoft word and when I do
it puts my doc in a email i dont use so if i try to send it i get this
message. i normally use gmail, so is there a way of setting it up when i do
want to send from microsoft word it goes strainght to gmail and not the
other, don't forget type slow because i'm stupid

"SMTP" is not a valid mail server name. You get the correct mail
server names from your mail provider.
Do you have an existing email address? If so, what is the part of
your email address after the @ symbol? That part represents your
mail service provider.
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email
address, we can help with that also.
