SMTP and e-mail addresses - difference?

I have a users who’s e-mail address is as follows on our intranet and she
received e-mails to this address (changed but used to give a general picture
of what is happening).

(e-mail address removed)

However, when looking in the outlook address book (this is an exchange user)
the following is down when you click properties on the name:



SMTP:[email protected]

Also, is there a forum like this for exchange users?

Could it be that she has an alias on her mailbox? You can use Acitive
Directory U&C to see what addresses are configured for her mailbox and which
one is the default.
