smart tags in Outlook 2007

Smart tags only work in the bodies of WordMail emails. Is that what you're
trying to do?

Smart tags created as that article describes should work on the "persona"
menu (the context menu for recipients). I remember trying it once and
succeeding. Maybe Outlook just needs to be restarted.

Good to know, I always thought that they only worked in bodies. Not that I
ever did anything with them <g>. Thanks Sue.
