Where is the "Smart Tag" located on Microsoft 2007 ribbon?

I am doing a hands-on exercise in a Microsoft Office 2007 Volume 1, on page
464 ,0f Charts, Chapter 3, Step 5 ,"Embed the Chart", part "b" states:
Click the "Smart Tag down arrow and verify the Chart (link to Excel data) is
selected. Where is this "Smart Tag" down arrow located?

When you hover over a Smart Tag in a document, it sprouts an arrow...
presuming that the option is enabled. For starters, look in Word Options -
Advanced tab, under Show document content.

Look also in Word Options - Proofing tab - AutoCorrect Options - Smart Tags
tab.
