does anyone have any suggestions on how to uninstall SMART
FINDER it appears in programs under home search
assistant,search extender and shopping wizard. it refuses
to be removed , all spyware tried so far does not touch

Please also submit a suspected spyware report to MSAS
(tools -> suspected spyware report)

Best recommendation then would be to restart in safe mode
and do a deep scan. On the Scan Page choose Scan Options >
Full System Scan. Do this at least two times until detects
something.

Try to remove in safe mode
