Small windows

I updated Windows Explorer recently and now whenever I open a new page after
going to a website, it is only half size. I have to press F11 or click on
the square next to the red X in the upper right corner to get it to fill the
screen. Is there a setting that will cause this to be done automatically?

Hi

Resize the window appropriately by dragging it (don't use Maximize), then
close that window via File>Close

Hi !

Some of the other folks that give their inputs to our problems said that
if I held either the Control Key, or the Shift Key down when closing a
window, that the next time I opened it up, it would be full size if that's
the way i had it when I closed it down with the Control or Shift key held
down. I've tried both methods; but the windows continue to open-up at
half-screen the next time. Have I missed something; or is there something
else that can be done to have them all open-up in the Maximized state ???
Thank You ! Ed VA

As far as I can remember, if you full screen it, and CTRL + [Close] it
doesn't work, but if you have the window on free-resize, and size it to the
maximum possible, and then CTRL + [Close] it will re-open that size.
