Small Icons are black

In Windows Explorer when I change from Large Icons to
Small Icons in View the icons appear as a black square.

Corrupted shelliconcache file. Delete the file and restart. Alternatively,
use the repair function in the TweakUI powertoy (a download from Microsoft).
