Small bar showing at the bottom when capturing analog vid.

When I recording from my VCR to the computer a small bar is at the bottom of
the video?
Actually looks like part of the video but when I check it on the TV it isn't
there?
Anyway to hide or get rid of it?

The head switching on the VCR is a bit out, the TV is overscanning and
hiding it.
